Lola Kushakova is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant-IRB (class L3 RCIC-IRB-Unrestricted Practice) registered & licensed Member of College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants of Canada (CICC) in a good standing, licensed Paralegal by Law Society of Ontario, Notary Public and licensed Immigration Consultant by the Government of Saskatchewan under Foreign Worker Recruiter and Immigration Services Act to provide immigration consulting services to foreign nationals coming to Saskatchewan (SINP). She is a proud member of Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC), member of Ontario Paralegals Association (OPA) and a Notary Public appointed by Attorney General of the Province of Ontario. Lola is a Honours graduate in Immigration Law from Institute of Technology and Advance Learning, Humber College, Toronto and also a holder of Master's Degree in Finance.

PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU FILL OUT THE FORM:

If you are not able to achieve a score of IELTS (General) 6 or above in each skill level and/or your education level is High School or below, your pre-assessment result will be negative for permanent residency application within Express Entry Federal Skilled Worker program.

(If your foreign language is French, the minimum TEF score should be: Reading 207-232, Writing 310-348, Listening 249-279, Speaking 310-348)

The language requirements are different for some occupations in Canadian Experience Class, Federal Skilled Trades program and Business Immigration programs.
